How to Make Gluten Free Sausage Balls
Now that you have your ingredients ready, it’s time to start cooking your appetizers! All you have to do is follow these instructions to make your own gluten free sausage balls for your next party.

Start by combining the gluten free Bisquick biscuit mix with the ground breakfast sausage, egg, Italian seasoning, and shredded cheese in the bowl of your stand mixer. Use the paddle attachment to combine all the ingredients until a thick dough forms.
If you don’t have a stand mixer, you can also mix the ingredients by hand. Simply squish and squeeze the sausage and cheese into the biscuit mix until everything is well blended.

When you have all the ingredients mixed well, use a tablespoon or small cookie scoop to form the meat mixture into balls. After scooping the mixture out, roll the dough between the palms of your hands to form an even ball.

Place all the sausage balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make sure to leave around one inch of space between each ball to keep them from sticking together.
When all the meat balls have been formed, place the sheet in the oven to bake for around 18 minutes, until they’re golden brown.

While the sausage balls are baking, prepare the butter topping. Combine melted butter with the Italian seasoning and garlic powder, then stir until smooth.
After removing the sausage balls from the oven, brush the butter mixture over the top of each meat ball before serving.
